Teacher Training Workshop for Faculty Enhancement

In the next session, teachers examine classroom engagement strategies like Think-Pair-Share, role-play, gamification, and Socratic questioning. After lunch, the focus shifts to innovative assessments that go beyond traditional exams. This introspective exercise aids educators in rediscovering their identities as guides and role models.

The workshop wraps up with action planning, where each participant commits to implementing one small, practical change immediately. This ensures that the insights gained translate into real classroom impact.
